Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee.
Refunds
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. If you are unsatisfied with a session, please contact our support team.
